Where does natmo ship to?
Being a small label we try to ship to as many countries as possible. 
Currently we are shipping to:
Europe, the United States and Canada. Feel free to contact us in case you live outside of our shipping range.
Where does natmo ship from?
We ship from Germany.
How long does shipping take?
Depending on your location shipping can take between 5-14 business days.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

Taxes are already included in the product prices you see on our website. You will not be charged for customs within the European Union. There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment for international shipments outside the European Union, that you will be responsible for. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
How can I change my order?

You can change your order as long as it has not been packed and/or shipped. Just email us at with your order number, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.


How can I decide on my size?
You can find a „size guide“ on each product page.
Can I exchange my item if the size does not fit?
Yes. You can exchange an item for a different size once, without being charged extra shipping costs.
Is there a location where I can try on your clothes?

Exchanges and Returns:

What is natmos return policy?
You have the right to return or exchange your order within fourteen days from the day on which you received them. 
Do not return the package without giving prior notice via email. 
To return an item, simply email us at, include your order number and the reason for your return. We will guide you through the quick process. For more information visit our Shipping and Returns page. (Können wir hierfür eine einrichten oder sinnlos??)
Please take into consideration if you really need to exchange your product. Shipping goods back and forth generates greenhouse gases that are accelerating climate change. 
We encourage you to choose your items carefully to avoid unnecessary return shipments. 
Unlike many other stores we re-sell our garments, so please return with care and respect.

My product arrived damaged.

We inspect every item before it gets sent to you, but mistakes can happen during production and inspection. If your product is damaged, please contact and attach a picture of the product.

Are Returns free?

No, return costs will have to be paid by the customer.

How can I return my order?

Please make sure all returned products are unworn, unwashed and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags.


What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept: Pay Pal, Credit Cards, Debit and ..???
How can I use my gift card?
Each gift card comes with an individual code. You can enter the code at checkout. 
 Our gift cards can not be exchanged for cash and are a final sale product. They are valid for one year after the issuing date.

Can I use multiple discount codes at one?
No, unfortunately this is not possible.

Garment Care:

How do I wash my garments?
Please have a look at the care labels within each garment. 
Try to only wash when necessary and do not tumble dry. Generally speaking washing your garments at 30°C is more than sufficient.


How and where are your products made?

Which fabrics do you use?
You can find information to each garment on the individual product page. Our Luna Set is made from Lenzing Ecovero Viscose, which is a sustainable alternative to regular viscose. Find out more information here. (verlinkung zu den Stoff Infos)
How do you package and ship your items?
Our items are packed in recycled and biodegradable boxes without plastic. 
Our stickers are also biodegradable. We ship every order with DHL goGreen.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, our first collection is vegan.
